Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If a change in shipping destination is required, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier should the package need to be rerouted.

All United States shipments are sent with UPS. All foreign shipments are sent through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International Service. Insurance is an extra fee and is optional. To view the shipping cost use ebay's shipping calculator.

Damaged Shipment
If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

If there is no visible shipping damage or it is not apparant until after the driver leaves, please contact UPS claims at 1-800-744-5877. After starting the claims process, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

Warranty
All products sold are brand new (unless otherwise specified) and are guaranteed not to arrive DOA with a 30 day exchange warranty. If the item arrives defective or breaks within 30 days we will replace it with a new one.

All new products include their manufacturer warranties. If an issue arises after the Motorsports 24/7 exchange warranty ends, please contact the product manufacturer for their warranty information.

Sales Tax
7% for Ohio Residents. If your shipping address is located within the state of Ohio, we must collect 7% Sales Tax in addition to the final order total.
